We are looking for an enthusiastic “Communications Officer” in our office in Mohandessin, Giza to manage & coordinate our communications with customers & third parties at local & international level through emails, phone and skype sessions.✪ Responsibilities:
✔ Developing effective corporate communication strategies.
✔ Maintain & enhance relationship between the company and current customers.
✔ Contact potential customers and add their contact information to the database.
✔ Respond to customers’ inquiries.
✔ Contact customers and inform them with needful information.
✔ Contact other parties as per management instructions.
✔ Collaborate with other team members to achieve the organization’s goals.
✪ Skills & Requirements:
✔ Must be living in Giza or Cairo.
✔ Proven working experience in “Customer Service” is preferable.
✔ English level must be very good.
✔ Good knowledge of using Microsoft office (Word – Excel – PowerPoint – Outlook).
✔ Communication skills and networking ability.
✔ Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
